Before co-founding Wechsler & Wechsler, P.A., Ryan was the named partner and head of litigation at a prominent personal injury law firm, where he spearheaded its rapid growth and guided countless cases to successful resolution. He built Wechsler & Wechsler together with his wife, Kali Wechsler—a seasoned litigator and appellate attorney with a decade of experience defending insurance companies. Together, they offer clients a unique advantage: Ryan knows how to dismantle defense strategies in the courtroom, and Kali knows how those strategies are built.

Beyond the courtroom, Ryan is a devoted husband and father of two daughters (and two Cavapoo “dog-daughters”). He brings the same dedication and discipline he shows in law to another passion: officiating men’s college basketball across multiple Division-I NCAA conferences.
